Arthur W. Iworsley
Founder, First Treasurer and Director
Arthur Iworsley, Founder and first Treasurer of The Always Forward Project, Inc., enjoyed a lengthy career in Andover, Massachusetts as an elementary school physical education teacher and as high school track coach. A long time volunteer at Boston’s Museum of Science, Arthur is a member of the Massachusetts Track Coaches Hall of Fame and a former Massachusetts Physical Education Teacher of the Year. Arthur passed away on December 31, 2016.

Sean F. Kiley
President and Director
Sean Kiley, President of The Always Forward Project, Inc. is a former teacher and head wrestling coach at Pentucket Regional High School. Sean is also a former assistant coach at Timberlane High School, where he served as an assistant principal for ten years. Sean then spent two years as Principal at Exeter High School in Exeter, New Hampshire, followed by a year as principal of Winchester High School prior to co-founding the Always Forward Project.
Tom O'Donohue
Director
Tom O’Donohue is a Director of the Always Forward Project, Inc. and an attorney in Andover and Newburyport, Massachusetts. Tom is a former Lawrence High School teammate to Arthur Iworsley.
